The delivery of the book(s) will be carried out directly by Amazon and any non-performance issues in this respect needs to be addressed to Amazon. Directing or forwarding your complaint to the Seller cannot assist the Buyer in resolving the issue.
Any other variation to these Terms and Conditions (including any special requests) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Seller.
All rights are reserved to the Seller. The Seller is the owner of all rights, titles, and interests in and to each of the copyrights.
No part of the book may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the Seller, except in the case of brief quotations embodied in critical reviews and certain other noncommercial uses permitted by copyright law. For the avoidance of any doubt, the Buyer receives only the right to read and use the book for personal purposes.
