Who is Diana Mereu?
That’s a tough question to answer. I have transformed over the years – from a sensitive introvert to a confident extrovert and then to a perfect mix of the two. Living life optimistically has had its benefits, but only when combined with a spark of rational enthusiasm. Also, matching my creative spirit with my analytical introspection is a life-long learning experience for me worth further exploration.
When did you realize what you wanted to do?
When it comes to my career, I am not the “where do you see yourself in 5 years” type of person. Contributing to advancing people’s knowledge towards self-care was at the foundation of my professional development and continues to lead my transformation through the roles I play as a woman, partner, daughter, friend, pharmacist, CEO, EMBA, co-founder, spokesperson, advisor, mentor, coach, writer.
What does work-life balance mean to you?
Determination, consistency, progress, freedom, fun – not necessarily in this order. What I find important to mention here is that balancing between the two is not only about time, but also about energy. So many of us have spreadsheets of time slots allocated for different activities, yet, if we are to look at it from a power supply perspective, it might be that we lose sight of what is truly necessary to unplug from.
What does it mean for you to be a mentor?
Serve with intention at the best of my capability the wisdom of future generations by means of a bilateral mentor-mentee functional to fantastical transformational process towards gaining authenticity, channeling the inner self, untapping potential, overcoming blockages, uncovering the power within, unleashing the inner roar through mindset pivot techniques AKA personal training for the brain.

- Life is not business as usual, and nor is business.
- Add change to the conversation for the conversation to change.
- Expectation is not a dream killer unless set below one’s true potential.
